Q: What type of scrap do you accept?
A: South Sask Recycling will purchase all ferrous and non ferrous metal including appliances, farm equipment, vehicles, grain bins, heavy equipment and rail scrap. Minimum quantity restrictions may apply.

Q: How much will you pay for my scrap metal?
A: Pricing varies depending on location and type of scrap metal. Certified scale tickets are issued on every load ensuring you are paid for all material shipped. We do not guess on the weight.

Q: What is your method of payment?
A: Payment will be processed by E transfer, check or cash within 24 hours of pick up. If requested we will
advance an estimated payment prior to pick up.

Q: What are the benefits of scrap metal removal?
A: Recycling metal is a sustainable practice that not only conserves resources and reduces environmental impact but provides economic benefits. You recover cash for otherwise unusable material and create a safer more presentable property.

Q: What equipment do you use?
A: All crews come with support including 20 ton excavator, 85 cubic yard hopper trailers, flat deck and magnet. 20 ton shear is available if required.

Q: How long will the clean up take?
A: A typical cleanup will take approximately 1 to 2 days including pre and post inspections.

Q: Do you torch cut any metal on site?
A: South Sask Recycling does no torching on your property.

Q: Is South Sask Recycling insured ?
A: Yes, we carry $2 million liability insurance.
